Easy to view flight details and check in etc. Has saved me a few times when I needed to make quick changes etc. Nice design too. Would like more info including departure gates on connecting flights etc. See Delta app for examples.

Glad I saw the ad when I went online to check-in. The app is way quicker than the website.

Love this App

I loved the notification to check in early, and that I didnt have to look up any of my flight info. I travel a lot and this was by far the best online check in experience Ive ever had.

So far everything seems to work well.

This app is quick and easy to navigate. Loved being able to check in and add boarding passes to my wallet.

I have lived on the west coast just over 8 years. I have flower Alaska Airlines a number of times and have always enjoyed my flights. Staff on the planes have been first rate. Communication with those in the airport have been wonderful. Fancy that. The Alaska Airlines App is just as user friendly as those who provide us service in the skies.

Worked on the first try. This is the 1st airline app (after United, WestJet & Air Canada) that worked at all.

I am using the Alaska Airlines app. When I check in, my airline and mileage number should be auto filled using my Alaska Airline mileage number. Currently, I must select the airline and then write down my mileage number somewhere and then type it in. This is inconvenient and odd given the fact that I have already successfully logged into the app and the app shows me my mileage number on the start page.

Easy to use and have enough directions

This up is just extremely simple to use, uou can have all the info on your flight and check-in in very few step. I also enjoy the design a lot! Compliments

I love the ease of use and convenience of using the AA application.

My only complaint is the auto update doesnt seem to work in the wallet. The gate never seems to show on the lock screen ticket. Not sure if thats on AKair or Apple.

When you are running around between airports, being able to pull up your phone and with a few taps complete a task that would have taken minutes on a browser is huge. Good job guys!
