Just started traveling on Alaskan and this site is the best. Simple and easy and the reminders make it even simpler. Thank you!!

Seems to work well. I enjoy the seamless way this app lets me save future trips, verify flight status check in for flights, and save the boarding pass to Apple Wallet. Havent yet used it to book flights.

I love the airline and the app. Id like to see support for iPad specific, not just the iPhone app on a bigger screen. However, the app functions well and I like my trips updating across my devices (iPhone 6 and 2 iPads).

Very helpful even in a pinch. The refresh is great and is a must on my phone.

I rarely get upset with tech problems, but I really wanted to upgrade my husband to first class for his birthday. I tried 4 or 5 times, but I kept getting the message that my name needed to be in the name field, and IT WAS! By the time it accepted my name, we were on our way to the airport to use the kiosk, and 1st class seats were gone. We hadnt flown Alaska for a long time before this, and I will probably stick to Southwest from now on.

Really good app. Easy to use. Works well. I especially like the ability to add or update a known traveler ID after the ticket is purchased

This app saves time. As for check-ins it gives peace of mind to the weary traveler.

All good except had to enter credit card info once for each of two transactions. Should have been offered to use the same card twice.

It is much better now. I like that you see history of activity. Trips are importing quicker. A lot of info.

whether im buying tickets, checking-in or updating my itinerary from my mobile, i can always count on a good ux when booking with Alaska

I have had no problems with this app. Im not a world traveller, just a once a year trip kind of guy. The best thing Alaska Airlines did was add the ability to purchase trips through the app.

The only thing I hope they add is a "first 24h cancellation" button. For impulse purposes.
